- Cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters): Rescheduling options considered.
- Refunds processed within 14 days via the original payment method.
- Customized menu items or specialty services: Non-refundable once confirmed.
- Client-initiated menu changes within 72 hours of the event: Non-refundable.
- Any additional costs incurred (e.g., travel fees): Non-refundable.
