Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation windows

More than 30 days before the event: Full refund of advance less 10% administrative fee.
15 – 30 days before the event: 50% of the advance is refundable.
Less than 15 days before the event: Advance is non-refundable; can be adjusted against a rescheduled event within 6 months.

Rescheduling

One-time rescheduling is offered at no extra cost when requested at least 15 days in advance, subject to date availability.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
