Live counters are the moments guests remember — the chef's rhythm, the aroma of the tandoor, the crack of the pani puri. We design each station to be a small performance, not a serving line.
We build compact, gas-safe setups for terrace and rooftop venues, and full-scale multi-counter formats for banquet halls and farmhouses.
Every station comes with its own captain, refill logistics and clean-up plan — so nothing runs cold and nothing runs out during peak service.
