All catering bookings are confirmed only after a signed booking form and advance deposit (typically 25% of the estimated invoice) are received.
Final menu, guest count and service format can be amended up to 7 days before the event. Changes after that window are accommodated where possible but may incur additional charges.
Balance payment is due on or before the event day. GST-compliant invoicing is standard. Accepted modes: UPI, bank transfer, cash, credit card.
Sukhdev Caterers is FSSAI licensed and follows strict food-safety protocols. Our liability is limited to the value of the invoice for the affected event.
These terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
